The employer has the option to either send a Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) or transfer the necessary travel expenses to Promise Overseas Consultancy to ensure the timely travel of the selected workers. We take responsibility for obtaining emigration clearance from the relevant government department, ensuring that all legal requirements are met before the workers depart.
In coordination with the employer, our IATA-authorized travel agency handles the reservation of flight tickets for the workers. Once the seats are reserved, we promptly report back to the employer to confirm the flight details and finalize the travel arrangements.
To allow adequate time for pick-up arrangements, we provide employers with the complete flight schedule of the workers at least 24 hours before departure. This ensures that all logistics are coordinated smoothly, and the workers are received on time at the destination.
If any recruited worker is found to be unfit due to medical reasons or lacks the required professional skills, we address the issue promptly. Typically, we offer a replacement worker at our own cost, or we act according to the agreement made between the employer and our agency. Our goal is to maintain satisfaction on both sides while upholding our commitment to quality service.
