Worker Recruitment procedure for Promise Overseas consultancy

Worker Recruitment procedure for Promise Overseas consultancy
1. Validation of Proper Documentation

Unlike many other recruitment agencies, we not only collect and organize workers' documents into personal files but also meticulously verify their authenticity. For instance, we validate educational certificates directly with the relevant educational boards and conduct thorough background checks, including police record verifications, to ensure that candidates recruited through our organization have a clean history.

2. Medical Checkup

After successfully completing the final selection stage, candidates are required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination at modern and accredited medical centers, typically approved by the respective embassy of the destination country. These facilities adhere strictly to international standards. For example, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is mandatory for prospective workers to be tested at a GAMCA-approved medical center. Our medical checkups generally include the following tests:

    1. Routine Urine Analysis
    2. HBsAg, TPHA, HIV, Anti-HCV
    3. RBS, S. Bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT, Creatinine, Cholesterol
    4. Widal Test
    5. Chest X-ray and TB Screening
3. Application and Receipt of Visa

On behalf of the selected candidates, Promise Overseas Consultancy facilitates the visa application process through the relevant embassy as authorized by the employer. For countries like the UAE, Qatar, and Oman, we provide complete documentation sets to our clients, enabling them to submit visa applications directly to their respective ministries for processing. Upon Receipt of Visa from the Relevant Embassy:

    1. To protect workers' rights, the final employment agreement is carefully aligned with the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
    2. All necessary documentation is prepared and finalized.
    3. All required documents are submitted to BMET (Bureau of Manpower, Employment, and Training) for emigration clearance.
4. Pre-Deployment Training and Skill Development

We strongly believe that workers should be well-prepared and confident before starting their jobs abroad. Therefore, we focus on enhancing their soft skills and providing essential training before deployment, ensuring they are fully equipped for their roles.
