Visa process for Promise Overseas consultancy

Visa process for Promise Overseas consultancy

Once candidates have passed their medical checkups and are deemed fit for travel, we proceed with the visa application process for them.

    1. Once the visa is stamped, we promptly inform the candidates of their visa status, allowing them ample time to prepare for departure.
    2. We handle all travel formalities upon receipt or endorsement of the visa and keep clients informed about the candidate's departure details.
Pre-Departure Orientation
    1. In compliance with government regulations, we conduct a mandatory pre-departure orientation for all candidates.
    2. During this orientation, we thoroughly brief candidates on their employer’s expectations, salary, working conditions, local culture, and customs.
    3. We believe this orientation helps candidates acclimate more easily to their new environment and working conditions, leading to improved productivity from the start.
    4. The purpose of the orientation is to provide workers with an understanding of the workplace and environment they are heading to, enabling a smoother transition upon arrival.
    5. Our orientation programs are tailored to each country, preparing workers for employment abroad with specific guidance relevant to the destination.
    6. The training includes information on immigration procedures, labor laws, cultural norms, social taboos, traditions, and basic language skills.
    7. Departure Arrangements: We handle all departure procedures as the final step.
    8. Prior to departure, candidates sign an affidavit confirming their agreement with the recruitment agency’s terms.
    9. Once the contract is signed, we arrange the travel logistics. This includes handing over all necessary documents such as the original passport, air ticket, orientation certificate, and an orientation handbook. The workers are now ready for deployment.
Documentation Management
We maintain individual files for all selected candidates, which include the following documents:
    1. Application Form (AR Form)
    2. Original Passport: Including details like Name, Date of Birth, Date of Expiry, Date of Issue, and Place of Issue
    3. Personal Information: Including details of parents, spouse, and children for overseas purposes
    4. Detailed Resume
    5. Work Experience and Educational Certificates
    6. Academic and Technical Qualifications
    7. Driving License (if applicable)
    8. Ten Recent Passport-Sized Photographs
    9. Medical Report
    10. Employment Agreement
Immigration Clearance

We assist candidates in obtaining immigration clearance from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment, and Training (BMET). Additionally, we guide them through the necessary formalities involved in traveling abroad, such as completing embarkation forms, departure forms, and obtaining security clearance. Worker Departure Process

    1. After all processes and formalities are completed, we notify the employer company of the candidate’s flight details and expected arrival time via fax, email, or SMS.
    2. Our office representatives then escort the departing employees to the airport in Dhaka or Chittagong.
Mobilization
    1. Once visas are received, we initiate the mobilization process, aiming to dispatch workers as quickly as possible.
    2. Based on our experience, the mobilization typically takes 10-15 days from the receipt of the visa.
    3. We provide workers with a comprehensive briefing on airport procedures, immigration clearance, and in-flight conduct.
    4. Additionally, they are informed about the destination country’s immigration process, rules, regulations, traditions, and cultural attitudes toward citizens and foreign workers.

With our best wishes, the workers are sent off to the airport for their journey to their new destination.
