The employer should provide a Demand Letter detailing the job categories, the number of workers required, monthly salaries, duty hours, contract duration, and benefits such as food, medical care, transportation, housing, and airfare. This letter should be signed and stamped by the employer.
For countries like Saudi Arabia, the employer must provide a visa document (e.g., E-Wakala) that authorizes the recruitment of workers from Bangladesh. This document must be original and verified, as it will be required by the respective embassy.
For countries where it is applicable, the employer must provide a copy of the company's registration document. This document should be verified and submitted along with the other visa documentation.
A letter addressed to the Consulate may be required, confirming that Promise Agencies Ltd. is authorized to recruit workers from Bangladesh as per the issued demand letter.
Standard employment contracts between the employer and employee must be prepared and signed. Copies of these contracts should be provided to Promise Agencies Ltd. for processing.
The employer and Promise Agencies Ltd. must sign an Agency Agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the recruitment process. This agreement will serve as a guide for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
Promise Agencies Ltd. will advertise the job opportunities in local media to attract suitable candidates. The pre-selection process will involve evaluating candidates based on their capabilities, competencies, knowledge, experience, and the quality of work they have previously performed.
Employers may choose to conduct the final selection either through interviews or practical tests. Promise Agencies Ltd. can facilitate these tests and provide all necessary logistical support, including accommodation and transportation for the candidates. If the employer delegates the selection process, Promise Agencies Ltd. will conduct it with the help of experts and professionals, ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards.
Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at a government-approved medical center. The examination will ensure that all candidates are fit to work abroad. The medical reports, duly signed by the attending doctors, will be forwarded to the employer for review.
Promise Agencies Ltd. will assist in applying for work visas on behalf of the selected candidates. The complete set of documents required by the respective country’s embassy or consulate will be prepared and submitted.
Before departure, Promise Agencies Ltd. will provide the selected candidates with a detailed orientation session. This session will cover important topics such as the employer’s expectations, salary details, working conditions, local culture and customs, and the legal framework of the destination country. The purpose of this orientation is to ensure that the workers are well-prepared for their new environment and can adapt quickly upon arrival.
Once the visas are obtained, Promise Agencies Ltd. will assist in booking flights and completing all necessary travel formalities. The candidates will receive their travel documents, including their passports, tickets, and orientation certificates. The agency will also coordinate with the employer to ensure the smooth arrival and reception of the workers at the destination.
After the workers arrive at their destination, Promise Agencies Ltd. will follow up with the employer to ensure that the workers are well-settled and that their employment conditions meet the agreed-upon standards. If any issues arise, the agency will work with both the employer and the workers to resolve them promptly.
